A-10 Stencil Question

Hello,

 

Does anyone know what the stencil "2" and the "square with legs" mean? They can also be found on other parts of the aircraft, not only under the cockpit.

I think the '2' is a hook symbol for a hoisting point, and the 'legs' is a jacking point.

Thanks, but obviously I wasn't specific enough - what does "ACC TO HIS HOO HOO" mean? I'm guessing Hoo Hoo refers to the dog (?), but I can't work out what ACC might be.
