RIPTIDE Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 sorry to add a layer but hammer made could be synonym of hand made too which could be proof of prestige also . i canno't end without underlining the fact that Mig-29 helmet was the first fitted with eye following system so you know dress doesn't make the monk :) Actually there was a Mirage Variation that takes that spot. And before that some testing for the F-14 (although not fielded). Granted the Mig-29 was the 1st to make the most use out of it in conjunction with the 73's. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
nscode Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 First one to work, anyway ;) Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
mikoyan Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 What concept? Using a prop aircraft for attack? That you don't need costly jet fighters to do precision ground attack missions. On this mission were involved 27 supertucanos, the aircraft filming is a king-air or most likely a c-47 fitted with recon equipment, there were also several modified uh-60. In total there were 34 aircraft on this mission; This number of aircraft was due to the fact that the air force was bombing the camp of the worst and most merciless terrorist of the farc Mono jojoi; that individual was responsible for more than 2000 assassinations, and the creation of concentration camps on which he held captive several civilians, police officers, soldiers and 3 Americans prisoners (he also ordered the killing of a police sergeant that went insane after enduring 8 years captive).

Aliboy Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 The Mig-29K looks pretty smooth and sharp and the new Sukhoi PAK FA also looks neat from some angles. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

jpm1 Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 So I guess the soviets also copied the r-73? seems the south african introduced the concept then the soviet made a state of the art equivalent with adequate missile  SU-25 missions [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

Zulu Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 So I guess the soviets also copied the r-73? Did I say that? Now let us be civil here, all I was doing was stating the irrefutable facts. nscode Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 One of 6 Galeb G-4s to be transfered from Montenegro to Serbia, according to an agreement between two states. External damage is due to planes not being used for 4 years with no or basic maintenance. During one of the transfer flights, the landing gear could not be raised, resulting in a flight time much longer than planed. Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
