Low level aerobatics in Galeb G2 over Novi Sad. Pilot is under investigation.

Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.

I was gonna say maybe they were testing the barrier, but since it is during an exercise, I think not.

I thought that to but then they are carrying travel pods, don't see them testing anything with those on.

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

Falcon not being used to dirty, grassy runways perhaps?!

Tail hook shouldn't fall off, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) would be the main concern.

Well at least for a while he was living it up! It's always kind of sad that kind of joy has to be stifled.

Ukrainian Il-76 and Su-27 leave Fairford after this weekend's RIAT. The Il-76 shreds a tire and the Su-27 rolls on departure, so much for no non-standard departures.

Wow!, That IL-76 could be damage, I don't know about the tire pressure on Russian aircraft, and even less on the IL-76 but that aircraft could be damaged. Not to mention the pilot put up the landing gear before the aircraft was all the way in the air. Which I assume is the reason the tire blow up (brakes normally come on when landing gear go up)

Nice find

Wow, those are great Griffin. Seems like they were allowed to photograph everything they wanted to, which surprised me a bit.

Nice pics Ross. I'm always amazed when I see an old aircraft next to a new one. It's incredible what an advance in technology has been made for some 30 years that separate these 2 aircraft.
