    From the DCS:BS Manual: "ADF operating parameters: Frequency range from 150 to 1750 kHz...." So they are low frequency and medium freq. waves and they follow the curvature of the earth.

    thanks for the reply,but if the upper rotor (that rotates clockwise seen from above) has more torque and this torque is tranferred to the gearbox,the fuselage should react to this yawing towards the left,isn't it?And then,if a rotor in autorotation state has really enough torque to let the fuselage to react ,why in a single rotor helicopter this doesn't happen?

    Anyone knows (maybe the developers) why, since the version 1.2.0 ,when you’re in autorotation,suddenly the helicopter start to yaw to the right? It occurs generally when you're below a given ias (150-160 km/h) and you’re falling with more than 10 m/s….is a phenomenon exacerbated by pulling the cyclic …..even if not too aggressively.It seems that is related to the relative wind direction,in fact every time the air moves trough the rotors from below,in autorotation or when in powered flight,there’s a chance to see this phenomenon. (It's preceded by a rapid increase of rotor RPM). I know that coaxials copters have directional problems when you don’t have the torque of the rotors and when you have not enough airspeed the rudder become uneffective,but why this problem exists even with no wind (or with wind but coming from the front),and why this yawing motion is always toward the right?

    Si il Boss è contentissimo,anche se il 21GT reale ha il 212,ma alla fine è lo stesso cottero con due motori...però secondo me è molto più figo fare Ka50+UH1 piuttosto che Ka50+A10,almeno si può volare con lo stesso profilo....ma io son di parte,son cotterista inside :D

    Non l'ho mai sentita questa...il rotore bipala soffre del problema del mast bumping,ovvero il contatto tra albero e il mozzo,però succede a fattori di carico sotto 1G...il sistema semirigido poi non è particolarmente "reattivo",ma non credo che necessiti di maggior "manico" rispetto al rotore completamente articolato,almeno non ho mai sentito nulla in questione.... Di sicuro ci vorrà più manico a tenere in volo lo Huey che il Black Shark,già prevedo mst bumping,code tagliate,elicotteri che girano su stessi..... :devil_2: .......Comunque c'è di buono che si troveranno documentazioni a bizzeffe sulla macchina in questione,nonchè testimonianze dirette di piloti.

    Non so come facciano nella realtà,ma dato che questo è un video dimostrativo ho voluto sorvolare la taxiway visto che non è tanto facile seguirla perfettamente in volo ,quindi ho voluto aggiungere una difficoltà in più al display,anche se personalmente trovo che sia molto più veloce rullare verso la pista volando a qualche metro da terra :D

    Dopo averci lavorato per non so più quanto tempo,posso annunciare il video del display che ho prodotto per BS 2. Il display in sè contiene numerosi errori,scoordinazione tra alcune manovre,sbavature ecc...mentre anche la produzione del video non è come l'avrei voluta,ma più aspettavo la perfezione nell'esecuzione del display e più tardi sarebbe arrivato il momento in cui avrei rilasciato il video,poi con la mia dotazione hardware composta da un joy sfigato come il saitek evo force e una pedaliera di recupero di un volante logitech il margine di miglioramento era minimo. Il software usato inoltre,AVS video editor,seppur intuitivo, è poco potente,ma in sostanza,per essere il primo video in assoluto che faccio,e per lo scopo promozionale del kamov in primis,penso che vada più che bene e mi auguro che possa servire a convincere qualche altro simmer a dedicarsi a questo fantastico simulatore unico nel suo genere. Spero vi piaccia :) P.S: ovviamente l'ho fatto in 720p solo che sul forum non riesco a incorporarlo in HD :huh:

    benvenuto....qualsiasi dubbio su BS 2 che ti venga in mente puoi postarlo senza timore,per quel che mi riguarda non vado manco in ferie quindi se posso esserti d'aiuto rispondo volentieri ;)

    @Taker Infatti negli screenshot non hai messo neanche un elicottero,e ci credo che lo trovi bello se usi i caccia :D.....qualunque elicotterista dopo un pò che ci gira si stufa del terreno,dei paesi tutti uguali,delle montagne trapezoidali,pochissimi elementi di rilievo....che le textures siano belle è un'altra faccenda,ma ci vogliono più dettagli per gli elicotteristi....

    @Yo-Yo I'm a bit confused...you said that rotor was heavier than necessary,then you stated that rotor weight wasn't changed because it's right... But you also said: so i assume that heavier doesn't mean "more weight" but "higher blade pitch"....is it correct? If so,to fix this,developers adjusted the blade pitch resulting in more collective input needed for every maneuvre from take off to landing (noticed by the blade pitch indicator),but nothin else has been touched in the FM,is it correct?

    if i'm not wrong it's a mistake already done by raptor pilots in the past when facing other fighters like f15s,and i read somewhere that even indian su30mki pilots used to trust too much in thrust vectoring while in air combat, losing kinetic energy.....
