Bucic Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Him sitting inside when they shoot, didnt really happen that way I think, has to be a trick. It could be that they fired tens of 7.62 bullets at the cockpit and never ever any fragmentation occurred in the cockpit so they decided to take the risk for marketing purposes. BTW, I would really like to see how the armored glass deals with 12.7 and 20 mm projectiles. Otherwise I'm not buying! :D That said Mi-28 appeals to me 10 times more than Ka-50 for many reasons more http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/makarov_aleksey/mi-28/index.php?Page=1 F-5E simpit cockpit dimensions and flight controls Kill the Bloom - shader glow mod Poor audio Doppler effect in DCS [bug] Trees - huge performance hit especially up close

mvsgas Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 (edited) It is so easy to forget how small the JAS-39 is. I can't believe that only one F-404 can push that thing. Pilotasso Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 The Gripen is the modern day F-20 Tigershark, infact they are of similar size and even share the basic powerplant configuration (diferent versions of the F400). .
Boberro Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 (edited) Reminds me of the abandoned Polish PZL-230 Skorpion project :D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PZL-230_Skorpion Yeah if it had been built... it would have been cool... but as usual, rarely in Poland something is made\built with successful result. Edited December 21, 2010 by Boberro grammar Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make...
