[REPORTED] Elevator flutter in transonic regime

I observe elevator flutter in the M0.94-0.98 regime when under G and also observed when firing missile.

 

Observable inside and outside aircraft.

 

Caucuses map. Single player mission.

I can't reproduce.

However, please read your -1 chapter about "LIMIT CYCLE OSCILLATION AND AEROSERVOELASTIC OSCILLATION".

It might be the case you experienced.
