They had a chance to go for the iconic C-130H, they failed, very sad.

Thus, my vote now also goes for something non US.
For Europe:
I fully go French C-160, with all bells and whistles, AAR (in & out), and ELINT if possible.

For the Ruskies:
Love the AN-32, just awesome, -26 is also ok.
Or to also have an AAR bird, IL-76/78, there are simply too many videos of mad pilots getting these things off mud, snow or monsoon-wet RWYs...
