I wonder if there are other fans of the Karen missile out there; It is my preferred gear on the TFrog.

 

What I like is the simple, yet beautiful flight (I guess pure pursuit?). You can use it against moving armour to, but that requires some skill, since often the missile will overshoot the speeding target. You do not need a direct hit to kill however.

 

On a target approaching towards you, I found it best to shoot from somewhere between 2500-3000 meters from max range: than it really dives into the target and has good chance for a kill. If you fly low, it is better to wait till you close up, point the nose down and then shoot the missile straight into the target.

Gotta love their Speed - prefer to use them against AAA/Strelas/Stingers myself, alternatively against Armour. One pass with 2x29T's followed by 2x25ML's really lights up a convoy pretty :)

Yes, it's quite nice :) You can launch them at 20km with Launch Override. It's perfect for killing TORs and OSAs with no problem :D Takes a bit more work then the MPUs, but on the otherhand, you can kill anything with them, not just SAMs :thumbup:

 

And it's a joy for the vanilla! :D

About the 25ml.... is it possible to carry them on the inner most pylons? because I know i am not able too but i see alot of pple online who do....? is it a part of a weapon mod or are they "Loping"
