Yeti42 Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 The anti skid system does not appear to be implemented yet, is this coming later or is it a bug? I carried out 2 breaking tests one with anti skid on and one with it off. Breaking distance from 100 knots was the same regardless. The outside visual model also shows brakes locking intermittently regardless of setting... Swift. Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 The brakes themselves are broken right now. You will notice that the left brake doesn't work after you start taxiing. 476th Discord | 476th Website | Swift Youtube Ryzen 5800x, RTX 4070ti, 64GB, Quest 2
Airhunter Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Same for the Hornet, anti skid does nothing.
Tenkom Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Same for the Hornet, anti skid does nothing. The hornet anti skid definitely does something. I did a huge sideways slide today because I forgot to turn it on after a carrier takeoff. My landings aren’t usually the most elegant. But I can usually keep it pointed forward.
