I created a mission ( for testing only ) last year - summer

Meanwhile I reinstalled Windows, and everything is gone

Now, I found the .miz mission, I'd like to try it again but there are some modules / objects, missing

I have no idea where I downloaded from, all those. Are they available, at all ?

Could anyone help me, please ?

Here is a printscreen.

Thank you

If I want to open the older mission, I can't

Those buildings, antennas, observatory, are missing

Is there a way to the ignore / skip / this?

I remember, I created a lot of objects, trains, not only those missing objects

You have the alternative of opening the MIZ file with WinZip or WinRAR and edit the "mission" file using an editor like Notepad++ .. once there, you can edit the mission’s list of required modules, deleting the lines of those you dont have anymore:

Afterwards you put the "mission" file inside the MIZ and now you will be able to open it on the mission editor, where you will be ablte to delete the objects that belonged to the missing mods.

I cant, as it depends on which Mods you do have and which are missing. In any case, make a backup copy of the mission before attempting this type of manual editing.

To remove all MOD required delete all of the BOLD text:

["requiredModules"] =

{

["WWII RDF Radar Station by BFVG (British Fighting Vehicles Group)"] = "WWII RDF Radar Station by BFVG (British Fighting Vehicles Group)",

["Medicina Radio Observatory"] = "Medicina Radio Observatory",

["antenna_array"] = "antenna_array",

["radome_tower"] = "radome_tower",

["telescope"] = "telescope",

["UHF Radio Telescope Array"] = "UHF Radio Telescope Array",

["Jodrell Bank Observatory"] = "Jodrell Bank Observatory",

["super_antenna"] = "super_antenna",

}, -- end of ["requiredModules"]

It should look like this:

["requiredModules"] =

{

}, -- end of ["requiredModules"]

Otherwise just delete the lines of the mods that you don't have.

Thank you.

I can't understand how the Ai aircrafts are so fast.

I tried different Ai aircrafts ( with my new F16C ) like MiG 29 / F5E, MiG 33 ....

They fly so fast, they climb like rockets. It's almost impossible to win a dogfight ( no rockets / missiles )

Could anyone give me, please, some advices ??

Thank you

You have to weigh them down with bombs and tanks, and in the options restrict jettison.

Even weight doesn't always slow them down. I recently tested an AI harrier by giving him 4 full tanks. In formation he was able to put climb my clean harrier.
