TomCatMucDe Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 I noticed that when I slew the TGP pointer the waypoint coordinate moves with it. Is this a bug or is it in real like this ? It makes me wonder cause the pre-planned waypoint is lost like this. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
Arctander Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 As far as I understand it from reading similar question it should cause an offset from the WP, not move the waypoint, but I am happy to be corrected on this one.
TomCatMucDe Posted November 17, 2019 Author Posted November 17, 2019 That's what I would expect too, but looking at the waypoint infos on the DED I saw the coordinates of the WP changing with the TGP pointer. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
Emmy Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 AFAIK, its current state is a workaround and it will eventually not affect WPs as the system matures. Ratfink Posted November 19, 2019 Posted November 19, 2019 Just discovered this issue, if you switch the right MFD to HSD you can see the WP moving around the screen! Also pressing OVRD OSB when TGP is SOI makes the current selected WP go nuts! Specter94 Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 TGP cursor moves the Waypoint too Hi guys, I found something while in MP and then I tried to do some tests in single player. So, if I move the TGP cursor my waypoint changes his position too, like if the waypoint itself become the TGP cursor. If I press the DMS Down to recenter the TGP cursor, the waypoint recenters to the same position of the TGP cursor. There is nothing I can do to reset the waypoint at the same point as before the use of the TGP: I have to reset the waypoint manually. I hope the issue is understandable, sorry for my bad english :music_whistling: Track file in attachment.TGP changes WPNT.zip

fjacobsen Posted December 29, 2019 Posted December 29, 2019 Also if waypoint Auto sequencing is on, once it reached the waypoint in AG mode, it changes to the next waypoint, which "ruins" the TGP lock. As far as I know, Auto sequencing should only happen in NAV mode. | i7-10700K 3.8-5.1Ghz | 64GB RAM | RTX 4070 12GB | 1x1TB M.2. NVMe SSD | 1x2TB M.2.
