huppel Posted December 6, 2019 Posted December 6, 2019 Hi, I can't figure out how to place the throttle handle into the shutoff position. Whatever I click, although the uncage handle goes down, I cannot get the throttle into the backward position. I there a way to do this? BTW can we please also have device binds for getting the throttle to the on and off position? Best, Huppel

Best, Huppel There is a very small area around the throttle cage that you can click to cage it and shut off the engine. It's so small I can't describe it's location. We do have a video coming out about shutdown today or tomorrow. Then you can get a visual location of where it is.
huppel Posted December 6, 2019 Author Posted December 6, 2019 Thanks! Looking forward to the video ;)
razo+r Posted December 6, 2019 Posted December 6, 2019 If you have the throttle in the idle position and you look at it, that spot is from your POV on one of the black switches on top of the throttle.
Eldur Posted December 6, 2019 Posted December 6, 2019 When I'm in VR, the spot is literally at the antenna elevation rotary when the throttle is idle.
witness_me Posted December 6, 2019 Posted December 6, 2019 there's an alternative if all you care about is being able to shut down for repairs etc: use the engine control toggle switch, there's no side-effects/problems by doing that
