[AS INTENDED] Gun rate of fire selection broken

Reproduction:

1) Set current weapon to gun, can be either AA or AG mastermode

2) Try to switch from HI to LO

 

Result:

LO doesn't respond at all, HI behaves like a toggle between HI and LO.

 

Expected behaviour:

If the current ROF is HI and you press LO, it should switch to LO.

I think it's always been that way. The fact that both HI and LO are positioned above the same OSB, makes me think that it's indeed intended to be a toggle.

No bug here, it is indeed a toggle. LO isn't over the other OSB. Thanks for the report though.
