We've just selected the radio option from the menu, we don't need to hear it repeated in speech. But don't forget that other people in MP may listen to e.g. the answers of AWACS or ATC so they should hear your requests too. So don't expect a prompt answer with a silent option caus it should be delayed by the time the silenced request took.
