[CAN NOT REPRODUCE]ANT ELEV HOTAS controls duplicate

So I am having some troubles, for some reason my ANT ELEV is duplicate in the keybinds, the lines where my HOTAS are bound are not actually changing the ANT ELEV on the radar... The lines where "- and =" listed as keybinds are blocked from any HOTAS input, but when pressing those it does change ANT ELEV on the radar. After some investigation by BigNewy this might be caused by the Cougar MFD's also being present, but that needs to be reproduced.

Can I ask you to try a fresh set of bindings with the f-16.

 

Rename your F-16 Folder here and keep it as a backup C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\Input\F-16C_50

 

then restart DCS and test

 

The A-10c is slightly different issue, although it is double bindings.

Hey, I have just done that, but the duplicate remains there.

 

EDIT/UPDATE:

When checking the LUA/DIFF of the back up, in the keybinds.diff the ANT ELEV keybind is not present, and in the Throttle.diff it is present.

I have checked all LUA's and I can't find any mention of it in any of them besides the Throttle.diff

You might want to mention what the problem was that caused it, so others can fix it too if they have the same issue.

The duplicate lines in the A-10C are caused by a naming conflict between the commands for the Warthog Throttle and those for the keyboard and game controllers other than the Warthog throttle.

The WH throttle command is for the 3-position boat switch. The boat switch commands for all other devices are for use with 3 keys or push buttons (FWD/CNTR/AFT).

Different functionality but same name - that's a conflict and that's why we see 2 red lines. It's easy to fix: just change the command names in the 2 lines of code in the file "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog.lua".

 

PS: only people who have the WH throttle will see the issue.
