No disk checks ?

I have an original LOMAC, plus the "official" online downloadable version of FC patched to 1.2a, its been weeks since it asked to see the CD in the drive ?? More than a month afaik, I thought the disk was supposed to be checked weekly or something ?

 

Not complaining mind, nice to not have the disk in the drive, just wondered if this was normal or not........:thumbup:

I'm running mine with no disk also. I was wondering the same thing. Must have something to do with the 1.12 patch.

The downloadable version never check the disk... in fact you don't have a disk (except th Modern Air Combat one). :P

I think 1.02 included a "no CD" enhancement- then obviously the download owners don't have a disk...:music_whistling:

LOFC CD ver 1.1: Disc check weekly

 

LOFC Web (download) ver 1.1: No CD check, since there is no CD.

 

 

Both, regardless of which patch version 1.11, 1.12a, 1.12b etc. If you downloaded and activated Flaming Cliffs, you will never have a CD check. If you bought the Flaming Cliffs on disc, it will keep asking you...
