I said so. Ideal weather for helicopters as in all rounds. 15 - 25 degrees Celsius. This has never been a factor (except for round 2 so never again) and shouldn't be. I'm on a high end system too and at times the FPS dropped to 12 in VR but it came back quickly. Don't judge one time for all of them. Try again.
