Hello,

I tried to set IMC conditions on my mission, but when i changed fog parameters, nothing seem to work. There is no fog ... We have more then 15 NM of visibility when i put 800ft visibility in the ME.:helpsmilie:

I'm on the last 2.5 beta.

Thanks

Make sure you move the 'Thickness' slider just below the fog slider all the way to the right.

Unless they just changed it, all my parameters are in meters. So if you actually entered 800 meters, you'll get 2400 feet visibility.

The biggest gripe I have is that we have thick fog even if none is set which probably is supposed to be haze. Weird enough, when taking screenshots and looking at those afterwards, it isn't nearly as bad on those. When I'm up at 10kft or more, I practically can't see anything down there except for the fact that there is some landscape, but ever so blurred. I can hardly make out the horizon at all having an extreme hard time staying level even if there's no HUD. But again, I always make screenshots and it looks a thousand times better on those... so I can't show examples.

Performance improvement attempt by blurring out far details? I don't know if it makes any difference for 'Extreme' or 'Ultra' vis. setting or not, haven't tested it yet.
