I have not had any problems with DCS until this free offer patch or whatever it is. Now I am missing most of my aircraft and 2 of my 3 Terrain modules. Tried fixing with DCS Clean/Repair tool it did not work. I also get this message

Do you run antivirus software - if so, it might be worth checking if that has logged any issues

Hi

please check your antivirus.

Probably a false positive

submit the file to your antivirus provider or exclude DCS from real time scans if you are happy.

thanks

Check your antivirus log ... looks like it is preventing access to dcs files.

Even if it is the antivirus which I've had same one for 10 yrs and DCS almost as long with no problems until today. I will not disable my antivirus for several hours required for DCS download to complete. I will contact DCS as not a happy customer.

The problem is caused by the Antivirus detecting a false positive, and yet you blame DCS? .. it doesn't seem logical to me. :noexpression:

If your antivirus is creating the problem submit the offending file to your provider they will check it and if all is ok add it to their database.

Many other providers have already but some are slower than others.

thanks
