same problem here, the lightenig switches from bright to dark spontanously. Also with no clouds on flat terrain. i will not mention here how this feels in combat!

shame on me but i never tried it in the RIO seat. In the front seat i simply switch to the horizontal scan and turn it off again immediatly to reset Jester. works fine for me. And if i the bandit is close enough, wich usually happens to me i lock him in this mode than shoot an forgett.

i expirienced the same, doesnt see or lock on to any target. happens often to me and only on multiolayer

After some hours of terrible flyn i managed to win a dogfight at the final minutes of the running mission. Luckily i recorded it.

when i load into a multiplayer server srs makes dcs stuck in the black logo screen. cannot close dcs anymoe or go back to desktop. got to close it through taskmanager. i havnt enable srs, it makes this automaticly, than all is messed up- any idea?

since i am playing arround with the su25 on Alpenwolfs great Coldwar server, i also noticed that the sidemirrors are also pretty useless. You barrely can see whats going on on the 4-5 and 7-8 position of your plane. All you can see is your wing and your loadout. I am sure this is not how its meant to be. But anyway that upper mirror is realy an anoying thing, its useless at all and its the most important one!

there exist a russian section here in ed´s forum. i am sure if you try to connect there with people you may have some success to bring them on the cold war server.

i was suprised too, but in the end i realy enjoyed the prince of persia competition. i gave it a chance and was not dissapointed, i hope to have the opportunity taking off for this mission again very soon. i got the impression that it was a more teamplay oriented one.

Seems that the point of view for the upper mirror is out of its place. you can see the housing of the mirror when you look through it.

growling sidewinders server is unplayable, stutters lags and crashes to desktop. the missiondesign is overloaded.

Got some similar problems. Tried to run it as Administrator worked for me.

ok , i repaired DCS, did not change anything. i deinstalled and deleted all files made a complete new installation. Nothing changed, the problem still exist. Thought this could be an online Problem but also exist in singleplayer, doesnt matter what type of module.

when there is an awacs call out or radio message it get displayed on top of the screen. i dont get shown this anymore. did i accidently turned this off? And if so where can i turn it on again? i cannot find it.

:thumbup: its nice from people to help out. but they shoud be able to read a text and answer properly i changed from IPV6 to IPV4 for reasons and this might have an effect on the steam account because of port changing. so far i am. but i have no glue about modems and i am still struggling withenglish when it comes to technical explanations. much to learn i have, but hey at the moment i got plenty of time LOL

as i mentioned above, i already used the module. Its not easy for me to explain since i am not nativ english. But there was an option to transfer the steamkey to ed and i have done this somehow properly because i already used it

ok, so did i miss something? beause i already used the module on stand-alone! I flown it and i realy liked it! on stand-alone... but you might have right, i am wrong here i think. i will for sure figure it out. Thanks anyway

no i have the standalone, i only bought the mig on steam and transferd it to dcs.

i bought the MiG19 on steam and activated it on dcs. i already played it. Now when i start dcs it says my 19 is not authorized and i cannot play it anymore.

2020 still suffering from extremly high pings up to over 1000. And no its not my internet. Wondering how this can be since a friend of mine with a lower internet connection has much better ping them me.

With the bonus points i can buy moduls much cheaper direct from ED. And only there i get them for every product you buy except you buy module on sale. At least you are cheaper from ED as long as you have bonuspoints. +1 for ed And to support steam is sensless since steam do not develpoe flightsims. +1 for Ed again ????

I was completely wrong and Mattebubben you was completely right, i am an "Absolut" idiot. Yes it was the Typ 81 switch. A big thanks to this great community for the quickrespond and the great behavior people here have. I learned my lession. Thank you all. S!
