Would be really cool to see one of these in DCS.

 

Doesn't look like it would be super hard to code/model either: Just a simple orange cube shaped ship. You can give it a speed and heading so it would appear to follow a ship, or even have it as a static that is tied to the ship and follows like that.

Like the idea. As you said, it's pretty much a static object.

 

Maybe along with it, it would also be nice to have a 'bomb target' ground object, like a FARP with a painted on bullseye or such, and one of these stand-up gun targets.
