When you go into the countermeasures dispenser system menu and change a program, will this be saved for ever? Every time i start up DCS i have to go in and program this.

You can use OVGME or similar to over ride default CMDS with a bespoke .lua

Yes, that's what I do for both the Falcon and the Hornet.

Yep custom .lua is the way to go. In reality this should all be part of the DTC that you can set and forget for the aircraft on the Special Tab, but I 'believe' this is being developed for the future for some jets.
