Fictional Aircraft...fixed wing tilt rotor project for a movie in Los Angeles, CA

 

Based off the MI-24 Hind

It's a Mil creation and yes, my source states that it is based on the Mi-24, but it's not tilt rotor project for a movie, rather a research project for a push-rotor craft. I think AldoUSMC was closest to the answer and gets the chance to post a new puzzle :)
