sirrah Posted July 6, 2020 Posted July 6, 2020 Is there an easy way to "hide" and "hide on planner" multiple units simultaneously? (instead of having to separately select and change them all? I know, I should have maybe done it while placing them  Now it's a lot of work as you can see :( System specs: i7-8700K @stock speed - GTX 1080TI @ stock speed - AsRock Extreme4 Z370 - 32GB DDR4 @3GHz- 500GB SSD - 2TB nvme - 650W PSU HP Reverb G1 v2 - Saitek Pro pedals - TM Warthog HOTAS - TM F/A-18 Grip - TM Cougar HOTAS (NN-Dan mod) & (throttle standalone mod) - VIRPIL VPC Rotor TCS Plus with ALPHA-L grip - Pointctrl & aux banks <-- must have for VR users!! - Andre's SimShaker Jetpad - Fully adjustable DIY playseat - VA+VAICOM - Realsimulator FSSB-R3 ~ That nuke might not have been the best of ideas, Sir... the enemy is furious ~ GUMMBAH
Rudel_chw Posted July 6, 2020 Posted July 6, 2020 There was a very useful Tool that allowed you to hide every unit with a single click, and then you manually unhide just the units you wanted: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=125351 Unfortunately, it’s author has not updated it for dcs 2.5.6 .. tough I still hope that he may update it in the future ... I miss his tool a lot :( For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
Habu_69 Posted July 7, 2020 Posted July 7, 2020 (edited) You can unzip the mission.miz, then open mission.lua file in Notepad++ and do a global search and replace for the "hidden" parameter of all the mission objects. Edited July 7, 2020 by Habu_69
sirrah Posted July 7, 2020 Author Posted July 7, 2020 You can open the mission.miz file in Notepad++ then do a global search and replace for the "hidden" parameter of all the mission objects. Hmm that's a clever idea I'll keep that in mind for next time :smilewink: (already changed 'em all manually by now) System specs: i7-8700K @stock speed - GTX 1080TI @ stock speed - AsRock Extreme4 Z370 - 32GB DDR4 @3GHz- 500GB SSD - 2TB nvme - 650W PSU HP Reverb G1 v2 - Saitek Pro pedals - TM Warthog HOTAS - TM F/A-18 Grip - TM Cougar HOTAS (NN-Dan mod) & (throttle standalone mod) - VIRPIL VPC Rotor TCS Plus with ALPHA-L grip - Pointctrl & aux banks <-- must have for VR users!! - Andre's SimShaker Jetpad - Fully adjustable DIY playseat - VA+VAICOM - Realsimulator FSSB-R3 ~ That nuke might not have been the best of ideas, Sir... the enemy is furious ~ GUMMBAH
