Reflected Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 Is there any way to set up a trigger based on engine RPM value? I haven't been able to figure it out... Thanks a lot! Facebook Instagram YouTube Discord
shagrat Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 Never tried myself, but in theory there is a way to "read" cockpit elements with "cockpit argument in range". It may depends on the elements available to the scripting engine in the module. Hope this helps at least to point in the right direction. Reflected Posted July 16, 2020 Author Posted July 16, 2020 Thanks, I found it. I was aware of the "cockpit argument in range" but I was looknig at the clickabledate.lua file, whereas I should have been looking at the mainpanel_init.lua. There's the argument range of the RPM gauge. Facebook Instagram YouTube Discord
ChuckIV Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Other guages Don't forget, if you have trouble with using the RPM guage, there's other guages like oil pressure that will indicate when an engine is started or stopped.
