You can find other images on the web with F-16 HUDs looking green, maybe the way the light is catching it?

In normal light conditions , it looks white not green , yes you can see it looks green from a dark place or somewhere else but the photo that I sent to you is looking directly to sun and it still looks green , also blk50's don't have this kind of green most of them light green.

Those look like block 40 WAR huds.
