It seems to be a memory issue. Now that you have 32GB of RAM, please manually set your pagefile to 32768 MB min / 32768 MB max.

Can i set a different disk rather than C: since I will leave the disk with only 16Gb free left?

You can select any disk as long as it is fast (SSD, NVMe, M2...). All apps will use the same pagefile, be it on their disk or not.

If your non-system disks are all HDD, placing your pagefile on one of them might worsen your experience.
