Display PDF inside DCS

Hi,

 

Do you know if this is possible in DCS (VR mode) to display a pdf somewhere in the cockpit, with the possibility to move the sheet where we want?

 

I have chuck guides and that could be helpful in VR to be able to read them and apply the tips while reading it, without the need to go on or off DCS for that.

I use Kneeboard Builder to do that very thing, works great.

I have parts of Chuck's Guide for the Hornet in several PDF segments that I display in my headset when needed. I assigned the toggle off and on to a button on my hotas, along with page forward and back.

Another option is OVR Toolkit, where you can simply bring a window or entire monitor into your VR game.

Totally useless OVR tool kit.. if you area non Steam player.. or even don't have a Steam Account..

I searched (maybe not as well I could have.. ) but could not find a version of OVR tool kit.. that does not require steam..

Best option, hands down: Has built in radio log, mission briefing, set to view any folder with almost any contents, from PDF, to JPG, PNG, etc.

I agree 100% also on Openkneeboard.   The only time I use the built-in kneeboard is when I am using Vaicom.
