[REPORTED]Incirlik - a few minor discrepancies with Google Maps

I'm truly amazed by Ugra's work on the Syria map, but hey, in DCS it's all about details :P

 

Not sure what year our DCS Syria is based on, but I found a few differences and some missing shelters on Incirlik, compared to Google maps

 

 

The rest of Incirlik AB is really impressive when you compare it to Google Maps

In my first screenshot it seems like they've setup some (temporary) tent hangars for, what looks like a predator or reaper. Still, the tarmac seems to be one big plate.

The HAS aren’t time period specific. And here is another that is missing from the current map. This was the HAS we used as our office building, it had modulars inside.

 

 

This temporary hanger and concrete wasn’t there when I was there in 2015/2016.

 

 

Lastly The extra concrete where the drones work out of is newer (wasn’t that big when I was there in 2016).

While on the topic of inaccuracies at Incirlik, I came across the following:

 

 

At Golf Loop:

- Pink dots: HAS with wrong orientation

- Blue box: Wrong length of HAS and missing some parking area of sorts

- Red box: the road here seems wrong, it is to close to a HAS compared to real life, there is also some buildings/concrete missing there

 

 

 

 

At Hotel Loop:

- Pink dots: Wrong orientation of HAS

 

 

 

Now it seems that the parking area in front of every HAS is close but not 100% accurate, in the Google Maps images a clear circle shaped parking area can be seen in front of every HAS on the Hotel and India (not shown) Loop
