what does TOT -PP Cue mean?

You have to enter sufficient info for PP crossout to go away. Make sure you provide all the info it needs, full precision L/L, elevation, and maybe some other data it needs. Make sure you've entered the L/L for the target and not the launch point.

It is because after many tests (all failed) in this last one I put the coordinates a little crazy, but no matter what I put they do not work

So from my testing, besides you entering the coordinates for a target in the atlantic ocean, if you deselect Waypoint on the HSI and just select PP1, it works.

In my experience, the TOT-PP queue tells you when the JDAM would impact the target if released now.  It only shows once you are "in range".
