Bug report with external view

Dont know where to post this so forgive me if this is the wrong place. When replaying a track, I can switch to external view with F2 (as long as it's not a training mission- that does not permit external views). However, if I'm watching one of my saved tracks and am using comms (backslash key that brings up the comm menui) then switching to external view anytime the comms menu is up has me frozen in that view. The scroll wheel does not change zoom and moving the mouse does not alter viewpoint. However, external view resumes controllability once the comms menu is exited and disappears from the screen.

Because the Comm's Menu is a Clickable UI Element, so when you bring it up, the Mouse no longer controls camera, but Controls the Cursor.

Why does F2 view have erroneous speed and altitude information ? seems to be that way for ever ? Am I missing something ?

errorneous compared to what? some readings account for compressability, some dont.
