Open EDM 3d model archives (aircrafts, cockpits, vehicles, ships, weapons and other systems presents on DCS, show animations, connectors and textures. That not open TDK archive map files.

It is a Viewer, so .. no.

 

I use it to check what User Mods look like without having to install them.

No, that is only a EDM visor, not a editor. The Vanilla EDMs has protect by EULA. But can build your EDMs by the EDM plugin and 3DS Max.
