Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D

This happens all over the world I guess. Sad to see what was once the most advance designs in aviation being sold for scrap metal. Look around Davis-Monthan in Google Map, your are bound to see many aircraft like this tear down for scrap metal.

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

NSCode, I never knew Yugoslav Fishbeds had a camo like that (brown/green)! Looks like East German camo!

Isn't that Iraqi MiG-23 next to it?! I remember one of this birds in 1990 made a test flight in SOKO (now ZTZ) near Pleso AB -Zagreb piloted by Omer I Velicanstveni! I was there with my dad who worked in SOKO!

Plane took off from SOKO's plant runway, turned 180° somewhere over Adriatic sea, accelerated to M2.1 over Zagreb and reached into Hungary over Balaton lake where it made a turn back towards Zagreb.

Yes it is the Iraqi MiG-23, and the lower MiG-21 is Iraqi also. Just read the description ;)

They never returned to Iraq. I belive the 23 is displayed at the Aviation museum near Niklola Tesla airport, Belgrade.

Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
