Me and my freind has worked really hard the last couple of weeks to get this model finished with animations UW mapping and skinning. ASwell for some modeling. The base model was made by Mario Costa of the Virtual Halcones display team, aswell witht he help of Mr Frazer And Mr Maligant i belive. Me shaggy has done allt eh skinning which is a work in progress and my Dear freind "Petter" Crow has done all the aniations and interior modeling aswell as the UW mapping. There is lots of Extra 300L solo aircraft out there read to be pained on this bird, so i will be doing an easy to use paintkit for those who want to make their own skins. Mod will include a skins file for 6-8 skins aswell ready to be aötered for your personal mod. Mod will also contain Extra 300L sounds. shaggy Posted April 29, 2008 Author Share Posted April 29, 2008 I'd like to point out I did most of the interior though. Yes treu but my freind added all the truss things and the flight controls. But it is a very nice model. I wont say anything about the extra cockpit yet. It is fully flyable with full animation. But due to lock on´s argument coding its not possible to have a real propelle effect, but there is one anyway so dont worry. Im doing the finals tages of skining and other stuff, so hang tight.... shaggy Posted May 1, 2008 Author Share Posted May 1, 2008 Ok . the extra is modeled under the a-10 fm. And you cant get the real extra flight dynamics in lock on. But i have tried to get as close as possible.. and with the right settings : In the meinit xml and the right curves for your flight controls this aircraft can be pushed to the limit. When released i will include screenshots of my curve settings "but the settings are for a TM HOTAS COUGAR so i dont know if they will work so godd with other sticks" First mod will maybe be realeased today, stay tunded.
