cauldron Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 I think the reason is actually very simple: Everyone likes to win, no one likes to lose. Making mis-matched comparisons comes from this basic statement which is often hidden within the argument.
Cmptohocah Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 I think the problem is that people rely too much on 1vs1 combat. Your airplane has inferior radar, missiles, {insert disadvantage here}? Get a wing-man. Still not enough, get another one. Form a squadron, practice, teamwork and communication. Get a CGI. In this scenario, the disparity kind of melts and the level of fun goes up! 1 Cmptohocah=CMPTOHOCAH
TotenDead Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Get a wing-man. Still not enough, get another one. Form a squadron, practice, teamwork and communication. Get a CGI. In this scenario, the disparity kind of melts and the level of fun goes up! That, except proper CGI, doesnt solve any problems. In the classic red-blue environment in dcs we usually have lots of blues on more modern planes versing less numerous older aircraft
