[REPORTED]Aircraft starting on ramp use radar before engine start

Aircraft spawned on the ramp with the option "Radar Using = USE FOR CONT SEARCH" set for WP0 use the radar already on the ramp, before engine start. Maybe there could be a condition to only allow their radars to be used if they're airborne.

I concur. Here's a video with several AI aircraft spawning cold in front of my AV-8B. I can see nearly all radars popping up on my RWR as they spawn.

I have reported this, but if it was me I would manage the advanced waypoints better, only enable continuous search when it is actually needed.
