mytai01 Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 I made an AVI Video using the feature in the ME, but it's missing some of the sounds. The track plays fine, just the video is having problems. I've noticed this in both video formats (I haven't tried WAV). I've provided the track file, and the AVI file on my YouTube Channel demonstrates the sound problem I'm having... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EH6FbZ_Hv3MMiG-29A vs F-16C.trk MS Win7 Pro x64, Intel i7-6700K 4.0Ghz, Corsair RAM 16Gb,EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0, w/ Adjustable RGB LED Graphics Card 08G-P4-6286-KR, Creative Labs SB X-FI Titanium Fatal1ty Champ PCIe Sound Card, Corsair Neutron XTI 1TB SSD, TM Warthog Throttle & Stick, TM TPR Pedels, Oculus Rift VR Headset CV1, Klipsch Promedia 4.1 Speakers...
Flappie Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 (edited) I used the default "Theora + Vorbis" sound parameter and I didn't have sound issues. I'm on latest open beta. Once you record an AVI, the game restarts. It means that you should check the dcs.log.old file for sound error messages. Edited November 13, 2020 by Flappie 1 ---

Flappie Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Then I have no idea what's happening to your DCS. By the way, I never use this tool to make DCS movies. I use the W10 Game Bar (you can launch it ingame pressing Win + G). This works great. Default quality is mediocre but you can change it in the Winddows Game Bar settings. ---
