Possibly unrelated, however you're running DCS from the bin-mt directory, which means it won't be updating. You're running a few versions behind (2.9.7.59263). Run the updater and see what happens.

Latest version also doesn't need to be run from the bin-mt directory as it is entirely multi-threaded now.

After the last update the game starts up in the main menu, but nothing else. 
Any tab - multiplayer, campaign etc. doesn't work..it just loads and that's it. 
It doesn't respond in any other way...Any solution, what about it?

Does this have the same 500 error? If not then you should raise your own post and attach your DCS log file.
