Im pretty sure you can set 'him' to boring via the in sim jester interface.

it's a feature that is rather lower on the priority list, and it is possible that we won't be able to offer it, to be honest: time will tell, if time will be left. Unfortunately it is not as easy and might also not work on all variations. Our apologies if some of his lines might offend you, but please know that it is meant in good humor and not meant to blaspheme anyone. Beliefs are different, and we want everyone to feel safe and welcome in their beliefs, some interpret them loser, some stricter. But in general Jester is much in line with most of military voiced content, further even, he omits heavy profanity completely, which you would else find included in many other games and movies with similar content. In regard to those of you who might take offense in such profanity, we set a hard limit on him from the start and in so doing stay below the mark of most other content out there. The "harshest" word he uses is "s..t", if you excuse me please. We were very conscious about not making him crass in any kind of way and believe that in terms of profanity etc, he is in no way out of the ordinary of what you would expect for the PG rating of DCS, as mentioned we in fact set him lower.

Our apologies if that does not completely align with your principles, which we respect very much. It is rather a matter of feasibility for us, and we'll have to see, if we will be able to do it. Thus I want to be careful in promising something, which may raise false hope in you. Thank you for your very kind understanding.

A "Burning Jester" would be kinda metal. Although all you'd ever hear him saying on the ICS is "AHHHHHHHH I'M ON FIRE!!!" which might limit his overall usefulness.....

Considering that real pilots have no issues dropping f-bombs like they were CBUs, Jester is unrealistically clean-mouthed, if anything.

Pretend you are a heathen like the rest of us. I mean you already pretend that you are a US Navy fighter pilot when in the F14B, so it's not much of a stretch.

Please stay considerate to the fact that everyone has different beliefs, wishes, expectations and principles, etc. I think we found a good middle ground, too, and we won't change that, but at the same time we want to be respectful to everyone.
