You should be. Unfortunatelly I can't say it about my national team

Exactly.

Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D

But I want to say i am proud with my national team..

Thanks.

It was an counterbalanced match. We have had strike fortune. ;)

No words coming from me during last week or so...but it's not just because of Croatia's defeat in that Friday match with Turkey.

What a game, I was sure we'd win but, just like Groove said Croatian players started celebrating one minute too early! That's so typical for Croats! When penalty shootouts were obvious, I thought the same! But looks like our players were really destroyed after 120 minutes and keeping the focus on scoring goals 1 vs 1 was pretty hard!

I think I already mentioned that we play better football against stronger and more dangerous adversary, just like in that Cro vs Ger match where we were able to controll the game leaving Germany no chance to make any dangerous moves! I think we really played great football in that match.

Another thing worth mentioning is bad tactics in last 2 minutes. After Klasnic scored in 118 minute our players should have performed a hard tackle on Turks even by risking a red card, just to break the game down. Time would pass and net would be intact! I know it's not very fair but in love and war...

I am very impressed with Russian Zbornaya, 3:1 against potent Holland in pretty historical, first time quarterfinalists. Arshavin really means a lot.

The other reason I wasn't active in our forums during last few days was a business trip to Paris, France. Man, what a place, I had a blast there and visited Air and Space museum at Le Bourget! Unfortunatelly, I had an accident with my Olympus E-500 DSLR camera a month ago, it got soaked with river water during fishing, actually I slipped and fell in a river  and the guys from official service said it's unrepairable .

But it ain't that bad, I bought brand new E-510 (succesor to E-500) in Paris yesterday. It was a bargain (450€ - tax refund = 390€). So I can consider myself a lucky MF!

But I had a camera in Paris 'cause my girfriend Natasha took along her compact camera of some brand (dunno which but it's 7.2MP) and I'll post some photos I shot in Paris if U're interested!

I'm very impressed with Paris, beautiful place to be!

Russia was irrecognizable tonight. Judging by the games so far, each passing game gives an idea of a different favourite in everybodies minds. It used to be Portugal, then netherlands then Turkey then russia, almost as many favourites as team playing the tournament! And then suddenly they are crap when they loose. It figures!

As one commentator said "Spain are strong with flare".

Well the first half was boring but in the second half Spain really played professionally, turning on that Latin flare when they needed too and then turning it off when it could've caused them problems.. Too bad for Russia but Spain seem to be their nemesis.

Well done Spain I'm glad they're keeping the Latin game in the tournament, not sure they're strong enough, or tall enough , for the Germans but if tonights performance can be repeated then they might be in with a chance.

It's not Russian fault! It's the Guus Hiddink's faith of losing in every 1/2 final he managed to sneak in!

Just kidding! But one must agree that Arshavin was totally absent today (only 13 passes, 7 completed) and outcome was just like in the first game they played without him!
