reported earlier Radar cone not displaying correct range in HSD

As title says the radar cone displayed in the HSD is stuck at max range regardless of which setting i have displaying on the FCR page.

 

Is this a common bug among the community or something on my end? Have run a full (slow) repair and still like this

The top curved line of the radar cone on the HSD is not rendering.
