Its still visible around the page content itself though. This issue appeared in todays patch. Previously, it only happened with TPOD page. Now it does with all pages. Along with the map brightness issue I found the DMT and TPOD to be a little too dark when extrating exports. Im sure there used to be a bugreport about it, but i cant find it anymore. Was it deleted? Is it reported?
