I think K-4 has 2 fuel tanks it could indicate point when rear fuel tank is empty. Just wild guess.

That one seems to be an interesting mark.

 

The rear tank contains 110l, and as the marking seems to be at 290l, it would make sense to place it there, as the main tank contains 400l. That marking could be used to indicate, when the pilot could activate the supply of the rear tank.

 

But on second thought, it doesn't make sense as 1) you cannot oversupply the main tank and 2) in DCS, the rear tank is filled with MW-50 anyway 99% of the times. (perhaps different in real life).

I searched through internet, i found that this red marking isn't Bf-109 thing alone.

Only a idea

perhaps it is a Marker for enough fuel to RTB ?

that would make sense, like perhaps a time at given setting mark or something.

it indicate almost 3/4 of the tank cant be Fuel for rtb.

It could be some calibration mark as well, so when you test this gauge it should show this red mark.
