fixed HUD Glass Sometimes Missing

The HUD glass on the viper seems to disappear at lower altitudes when it is raining. When it is gone leaning forwards will cause it to appear again. I don't have a good video of this happening but I can recreate this reliably and can get one if needed. Here is an image for now.

Confirming this is happening much the same in the F5E as well.

I happened to check up on this and noticed it was marked as "cannot reproduce and missing track file" so I'm adding a track file and a video. I can reliably get this to happen when it's raining both on Caucasus and Syria, however I've only been flying on multiplayer.
