reported Harm prebriefed target type overwritten by heading

Using the heading set switch to change the hsel value changes the tgt value of a harm in PB mode. Happens even if the heading is changed before a harm is ever selected. Also happens when using the course switch, and when typing in a heading or course using the ufc.

To add to this, punching in a GRID coordinate also sets the TGT to the grid numbers you used.
