reported Moskva doesn't engage HARMs that are hoaming in on it's radars

I have noticed that the Moskva ship will not use its S300P to engage incoming harms like the land based S300. Harms are sometimes used as a distraction method to try and saturate the defenses and allow slower anti-ship missiles through. I know it's not really worth it to use HARMs on the Moskva anyhow, just figured I'd mention it.

Reproduced.

It's like night and day. No reaction at all when HARMs are coming.
