Seems to be on the coastline - but where

No , I do not have a higher resolution screenshot. If I my memory does not betray me this is a part of Norias of Hama.

The only list I'm aware of is this Goggle Earth .kml which lists RL bases and air strikes -

... you'd still need to compare and contrast RL with DCS but it's a good starting point.

Excellent thanks, I noticed on some of the airbases in Syria, there are craters from the Satmap from where all the cruise missiles hit in Shayrat in 2017.  Kinda neat.
