G2 Facemask Cleaning

Hi,

 

Any advice on the best - and safest way - to clean the facemask on the G2 please? In this hot weather it gets quite sweaty.

I just remove the face plate, rinse it under the tap, and blot dry it with a paper towel.  It is ready to use in about 15 minutes.    Hope that helps.

For my Vive Pro, I wipe it with wet towel before each use.  And once or twice a month, I take the foam off, soak it in soapy water and dry.  As long as you don't scrub it, it should be okay.  If it can handle being soaked in your sweat, it can handle soapy water.
