Rev Posted June 20, 2021 Posted June 20, 2021 As stated in the title. Activating the wiper at any speed and pressing f2 to look at the external view, you can see that the the wiper is stationary.
Nealius Posted June 21, 2021 Posted June 21, 2021 They don't work for me at all in the cockpit, either. The wiper switch on the left side panel gives the green cursor indicating it's functioning, but left or right click does not throw the switch and the wipers don't move.

You have to click on the label, not on the physical switch to turn the wipers on and pick a speed. You click the switch to turn them off. 1
