SharpeXB
Why is the AGM-65E not firing here? Why the "X" through it? A/G selected Mav selected and uncaged target is locked, I can see the carat on the target, it's in range what am I missing? i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | 24GB GeForce RTX 4090 | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR
Scotch75
It looks like the seeker has not picked up a 1688 laser spot. On the left DDI, that "X" should be a solid square, which means it can see a laser spot with the correct frequency. Are you self-lasing, or is the target being lased by someone else? Are they using 1688?Cheers!Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk W10 Home 64Bit, Intel Skylake I5 6600K 3.50GHz, ASUS ROG Stryx Z270F MoBo, 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD (OS), Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD, 2TB Seagate SDHD, 2TB WD Green HDD, GALAX GTX GeForce 1070 EXOC Sniper White 8GB VRAM
Solution Cepheus76 Posted June 27, 2021 Solution Share Posted June 27, 2021 Your laser is not firing yet. You need to assign TDC priority to the FLIR page and press the pickle button. Once the laser is firing and the seeker picked it up, the cross on the seeker page will turn into a solid square and the Maverick is good to launch. Is this something new? I recall the laser just firing automatically when you uncaged the Mav. Maybe I'm thinking of the GBUs i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | 24GB GeForce RTX 4090 | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR
Brass2-1
GBU laser firing is automatic and timed out for you. Mavs AFAIK have always required manual firing. Corrected by @Recluse Edited June 27, 2021 by Brass2-
SharpeXB
Now that I think about it, I had never tried the 65Es with the TGP, only JTACs lasing. i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | 24GB GeForce RTX 4090 | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR

Not true. Pickling with MAV-E selected will auto fire the laser. - One press of Pickle fires laser -PRESS and HOLD fires laser and fires missile when it picks up the spot. The issue where the TDC could not be assigned to the MAV-E page and have the missile acquire the laser got fixed some time ago.
